Whenever I see an AU LTD, it's usually a 98 or 99 model.. This is a late one, from 2001.. I've seen very few Series II cars, but this one popped up online in Sep 2023 asking $19,000. Its a lot of money, almost TL50 money, but I don't think there'd be a better one out there.. This rare 1998 Volvo C70 2DR Coupe was advertised online asking $13,000! It's an Auto 2.3 Turbo and produces a factory - 177kW with its 5 cylinder engine.. This is the most desirable coupe variant in the Saffron Gold with Factory BBS wheels, sunroof and has just 163,000 km.. Aftermarket exhaust, etc.. Very cool Volvo..

This one came up on a group on FB, with the owner asking the difficult question "what's it worth". Consensus was that the car is worth under $5K USD, due to the rust situation.. A nice low KM example of a late and very rare CL500 - this one was advertised on Shannons Auctions in Sydney in July 2023, and it sold for $28,000 which is a reasonably strong result.. We do expect these cars to be pushing 40-50k in the next decade as they are the ultimate S class coupe. This is one of only a handful that was Australian delivered for the 96 year.

This Hi-Ho Silver example, with some rear damage, was spotted for sale on Marketplace in September 2023, asking just $8,000. Clearly needs some work, but worth saving as it seems to be a very original car with original engine.. Don't see many come up like this now!
