The last of the V12s in the top of the range Daimler, this is a real find for the modern classic collector.

Just 1,007 of the X300 series Daimler Double Six were built, and the list price was more than double the price of the entry level Jaguar XJ6 3.2 when new. This beautiful example is Finished in Spruce Green with Parchment trim, and was delivered new in Japan, then owned for a number of years by a collector in New Zealand prior to being imported to Australia. Its condition reflects the low kilometres it has travelled for its age.

The seller at the time noted that Even the original lambswool rugs have survived in good condition. An amazing and rare V12 luxury sedan of the 90s, far rarer than the BMW and Mercedes equivalents. This example was asking $48,000 AUD when we spotted it in February 2023.
