Just the second Hollywood Hardtop added here on Classic Register, and a great colour combination! This example was advertised through Gateway Classic Cars originally, and at the time was asking $90,000 USD. It is one of just 1,640 from the 1956 year. This car is particularly special having a factory Packard sourced V8 (making it a "super" Hollyood Hardtop),and produces a factory 206bhp.
When you look closely, you see the resemblance with the Nash Statesman / Ambassador coupes - on which these Hudsons were based following the merger with Nash after which they became known as AMC). There are likely only a handful of these Hollywood Hardtops out there, and thankfully the couple of examples we've recently seen have been beautifully restored.
If you have one, please add yours to the register!
